You initially get a phone call to come in for an interview. They ask you to fill out a book of paperwork (yes it is a ton...employment and places lived for last 7 years, education, references, etc, etc.) Then you get interviewed by two managers who ask you a series of questions to see where your mind set is at for the job and if you'll be a good fit. Then you have to go for drug test and they do an extensive background check, which can take a week or two. If everything is clear, you'll get a phone call letting you know when to come in for orientation.
