Panel interview for me. Which wasn't the norm apparently, as when I started working, the new guys that were getting hired said they never experienced such an interview. I had the regional manager, area manager, supervisor, and account manager sit in on my interview and ask me questions. As far as I know I was the only one to get this interview style.
