It was very laidback, typical process of "tell me about yourself", discussing the resume, behavioral questions, and then questions for the interviewer. Since it was so short, there was only time for 1 STAR question. Heard back within a week and a half

One round of interview process. Took two and a half weeks to get back an answer on the offer. It was an online interview with straightforward questions with a senior engineer for 30 minutes. The company was genuine for providing me feedback, so I did ask. The senior recruiter said the only thing I struggled was using the STAR method despite me answering the behavioural questions decently.
