The process started with a request to fill out a long questionnaire form before the interview. I was later invited to a quick virtual interview, which felt very rushed. Afterward, they repeatedly asked me to send back the questionnaire form, even though I had already completed the interview. Surprisingly, I received a “Congratulations” email saying I’d been accepted for the role despite never submitting the form. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Communication wasn’t clear, and there seemed to be confusion about what stage candidates were at. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
