was told it was going to be a phone call, and once i was on the call, was asked to switch to video while neither of the interviewers had their cameras on. that made the experience uncomfortable and non-conversational. two part interview, verbal and written. written questions were repeating questions i had answered verbally several times. overall felt disorganized and a bit unprofessional
