First they will shortlist based on your resume and they will conduct interview. Interviewer may be HR intern or employee from GAOTEK. Interview is based on only job description and some HR questions which is repeated in every HR interview like tell me about yourself, your hobbies, strengths and weakness, etc...

When they reached out to me, they asked for a detailed introduction of myself and requested that I write short essays on topics such as wildlife and social media. Additionally, I had to complete multiple-choice questions designed to test my English proficiency. Despite fulfilling these requirements, the company did not follow up, leaving me without any feedback or further communication.
