It was a phone interview process. I spoke with two intermediate managers for about 45 minutes. They where in a fast paced hiring process for a local area manufacturing client that needed a Project Manager by the end of the week. So there was very little time to do the standard phone screening followed by a traditional in person interview at the local area HQ office.
