Short, hard hitting interviews with hiring manager and several key stakeholders. I appreciated that our discussions asked difficult questions related directly to the role and the challenges that the business was facing...and that I would need to address. Several direct reports were also part of the interview team, which gave me a chance to get to know them, and vice versa, in a situation where they were empowered.
