I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Bengaluru) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was conducted by most qualified persons. I could feel it by the kind and quality question they asked me during the interview. They had xing in their eyes to get the right candidate on the board. I have already been part of GE organization sometime back for about 3 years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who seek opportunities to learn true organization spirit and work culture.
I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Wi) in Aug 2012
Interview
Applied online directly with GE. Phone screen with the HR representative asking typical behavioral type questions. A run down of my resume further detailing what each job was all about. Then had an ons-ite interview with a panel of ~7 people comprised of potential peers and department leaders. A few days later was given a verbal offer over the phone, told I would get an offer letter the next day. No offer letter, just a phone call stating that the position was on hold. 6 months later was contacted with an offer finally.
