The interview consisted of a single one hour to two hour interview with the hiring manager. It was in a conference room and the interviewer asked relatively standard questions about times that I have experienced certain difficulties and situations and how I handled them.
Technial documents, design quality, personallity.
Each stage contain single interviewer.
Technical abilities were tested.
Gold Documentation Practices,
Personallity and work with other teams.
In total - 4 stages, 2 technical, 1 for personallity testing and 1 with HR.

Interview
OK kind since it was contract job. Otherwise the interviews as said to be difficult. Mostly good experienced candidates are hired. If working as permanent employee, its good process. GE Employees get very good benefits interms of food, pay. travel etc
