Talent Acquisition screening followed by 4 behavioral interviews and always only 3 minutes at then end to ask them questions. After this many interviews, TA should personally call the candidate but no call or email even after I requested a follow up. The fist time I interviewed with GE, after 5 rounds I got an email and it was Titled “Our Answer” How obnoxious and insulting for a candidate who was so excited about an opportunity to work for your organization? This looks very unprofessional GE Healthcare. These Talent Acquisition people are a direct reflection of your organization.
