Thorough evaluation in multiple rounds: personality/IQ; technical interview; general interview and language testing. Final interview+ offer. Fair questions, and they always provided polite and timely feedback after each round. The second interview was immediately with the hiring manager included.

It was just the run of the mill, standard interview process which first began with a phone screen interview and then it was followed up by an in person interview
