I was approached by a GE health care recruiter regarding Sr. Security Engineer role within the Cyber Security and Privacy team, We discussed the role for 30 minutes and recruiter set up time to speak with hiring manager. I took time out of my training to speak with hiring manager, had a great interview with hiring manager. Unfortunately process died here. When I looked at GE careers site it showed as me being applied for the role and my resume is under review. careers site did not reflect that I had already interviewed with hiring manager, nor the recruiter had any clue, I got a call again from the same recruiter asking me times to talk with hiring manager regarding the role when I have already spoken to the hiring manager. couple days ago I checked the status of my application on GE careers site and now there is no record of me ever applying for the role that I interviewed with the hiring manager. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with how the overall process.
