I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people. Very obvious that one of the interviewers already had someone else in mind for the position. The questions were supposed to be competency based but some were just very weird.

Question 1
“You don’t look like someone who works well with diversity. Do you think you can fit it with GE culture”
Great interview experience, very organized - great process and put together a detailed list with calendar invites for those i would be speaking to. Enjoyed the experience and felt respected by interviewers
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Kraków) in Jan 2023
Interview
Interviews were scheduled quickly after the introduction was done with a recruiter. 3 were held with future reporting line managers to this position. They would come back after 2 weeks, but since they did not I contacted them back twice, and only then got a reply that they are still considering candidates.
