Once my application was approved they sent me an online situations test to do, which wasn't too hard. Next I had to do a video interview which was hard as you weren't able to gage the interviewers feelings because you were recording answers.

I was interviewed by two managers.
They asked me questions related to Financial knowledge and also situational questions, as for example "how would you react if you do not agree with your manager?", "what do you do when you have to work under pressure?".

20 minutes, easy and they were polite. interviewed with two persons. Applied online, they were organized and fast. made it with the accounting manager and HR manager and both were friendly and calm.
