Several interviews over a day. The entire process took about a month. I traveled to Wilmington, NC for the interview. GE covered all of my travel expenses.
A one time phone interview for about 20 minutes. Discussed resume, goals, behavioral questions, salary. Interview was fairly straightforward. Also was asked about how comfortable I am with driving potentially long distances since it’s a Field Engineer position.

Very Simple and Easy. Basic questions. I had 0 experience in the field but overall great interview. The managers were super nice. It guess it all depends on the managers.
