After I received the 1st call from GE, it took over two months to actually get the job.
After I submitted my resume online, a recruiter called me and we did the 1st interview over the phone. Then weeks later, I got a call from the department manager and did a interview over the phone. Then weeks later again, I got a call to come in for a in-person interview. Interviewing me was: HR manager, Regional Manager, CIO.
