Interview
The interview was conducted with no IT presence. Only an HR guy and a business exec. Half of the interview was getting to know you, the interviewers were very nice and respectful. However, there was no chance to talk about what I do in the IT Industry and how it relates to the position because they couldn't understand what I was talking about in technical terms.

What was the hardest project you completed and how did you meet your required deadlines.
There was only 1 round. We talked about my resume. No hard questions. Very friendly. Although we had a good interview but they ghost. Serval month later, got an email saying the position was fulfilled.
Two interviewers asked me to make a self introduction first and then asked many technical questions based on what I answered at the beginning. No motivation questions and other general questions as other company.

Leider zu viele unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner die sich unter einander nicht abstimmen. Daher nur per Zufall den Termin zum Gespräch erfahren. Das Gespräch an sich war dann einfach und sehr angenehm.
