      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Contagem) in Jun 2012

      Interview

It was a set of three different interviews in different days and with different people. All interviews were made on one-by-one. No prework or panels were requested. This arrangement was interesting because you were able to talk with different people from different areas before getting in the company; you were able to know the mindset of company beforehand through the questions that were made.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      * Where do you see yourself five years ahead? * Describe a difficult situation you have experienced and how you managed to solve it. * Are you ready to work with a global team?
