The application was on their website. If you got passed the initial review there was a phone interview. The phone interview was awkward because a third party recruiter recorded all of your answers but did not add any follow up questions, so the interview was very one sided.

Very detailed with an abundance of scenario questions so be prepared to the fullest. There was a few rounds of interviews so when the second one takes place be ready for those kinds of questions.
