I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GE (San Ramon, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Pathetic Experience. Stay Away. Most non-responsive HRs deals the recruitment process. They called me for an event then they stopped responding, no matter how many mails I wrote. Last day, somehow they responded and I was able to go to interview event. After interview, nobody informed me on the outcome of interview. I wrote many mails, nobody responded. Not sure if they have a org level policy of stop communicating if you don't like candidate and ensure that interview candidate never gets a communication.
Also, for coding event, they took me to wrong station and wasted some time in machine setup and counted that time to the time given me to code. Actually, the interviewer changed during that course, so the second one might not be aware of what happened before. That was unfair to me.
