Spoke with a recruiter at my school's career fair where I was asked to come in for an interview. Interviewed at my school with GE the following week for a one hour one on one interview and then received an offer letter 2 months later. The questions were all behavioral based, and were testing your potential to work in a union environment.

Applied online on GE site directly. For call from recruiter maybe 3 weeks later. 4 teams interviews with different team members, then one in person that was mostly a tour and a chance for me to ask questions. Got offer 3 days after on site. 3 months total process from applying to offer.

Interview was alright, didn't have any difficulties I was prepared and did my homework before going to the interview. the questions were normal hiring manager questions, behavior questions, I didn't have any technical questions that I got asked
