Interview is in 3 phase .2 technical rounds and 1 hr round.first two round was difficult.Interviw was telephonic and final HR round will be held at Bangalore.Interviewer were very cooperative and leanient.

one on one with different management levels. then a series of test that were all done over a 3 month period. they also ask if you a willing to relocate. its very important that you will at least consider relocation as a lot of the roles are all over the US and you may have to relocate in order to move up in the future
