I Applied in Careers Section in GE Website. Got a call from HR that I my profile has been shortlisted for the position and a Telephonic interview was scheduled. Round 1: Telephonic Interview with Operations Manager: Interview was regarding my past work experiences in the Payments domain in various organizations I worked with. And I explained the manager about the process improvements I made. The interview lasted for almost half an hour. Then on the same day I received a mail that I cleared the telephonic interview. I was asked to attend a HR interview the very next day Round 2: HR Interview: It was a video conferencing interview. It was mainly regarding the salary expectations, Previous organizations experience, Reasons for leaving my previous organization etc. The duration was half an hour.
