Applied via website,HR was very reponsive. Phone interview focused on leadership and "why this role-playing company" questions. Then 1-1 interview with HR and hiring manager. Finally, assessment of basic finance knowledge & logic test

Basic interview process. Questions they asked: 1) tell me about yourself; 2) what are your strengths; 3) what are your weaknesses; 4) case-related questions that challenge your thought process. The interviewers were enthusiastic.
