Nothing extraordinary. Just an overly drawn out process that starts with multiple phone interviews with everybody but your hiring manager. Then an assessment centre of sorts, then group and personal interviews. Also, be on the lookout for HR working really hard to scupper things, like misplacing your files, forgetting to include you in relevant mailing lists and thereby not inviting for some interviews, tardiness, etc.
