There was a group discussion that went on for about 30 minutes. The topic was Digital Payments and Society. There were two interviews, one technical and one behavioural. It took 24 hours in total and the decision was made in two days. Both interviews were roughly 30-45 minutes long.

Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
