Interview
I interviewed for GE Renewable Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP). First, get a couple of phone calls from current DTLP employees to see if you fit the position. Then, they set up skype interview with one manager and asked mostly behavioral questions. After that, another skype interview with two managers in their European office, and one of them is the head of Renewable DTLP. Last, I interviewed with the local manager in China to discuss further into my resume and what I have done.
The overall interview process is okay, but the person who set up all the interviews and contacted me was another DTLP employee, not HR or recruiter. HR and recruiter will discuss the salary and benefits after all the interviews finish and before sending out an offer. The entire interview process was more than 2 month due to holidays and time zones.
