Interview consisted of looking at computer skills and attendance. Interviewer was not very concerned with asking the 'explain a situation when...." questions. Organizational skills were discussed and stated as being very important, as well as grammar and spelling. Interview was conducted by Contract Manager and employee who was being replaced by this hiring which did seem a bit odd.
