I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015

Interview

All of my interviews were over the phone interviews. I first interviewed with a recruiter and then managers from several different businesses. I think they were trying to see where I would fit best. I was later asked to rank my preferences for which business I would be placed in after the 3 interviews. They asked pretty standard behavioral questions and asked if I would be willing to relocated.
