It was an individual interview where the department president and VP interviewed me. They were very nice and friendly; questions are mainly focusing on knowing more about me instead of technical. They started off with tell me more about yourself and questions to describe a time of failure and success followed by going through things on my resume.

College career fair, the questions were behavior questions. The position was located in Chicago. The interviewer was a laid back guy, we talked about sports. Overall the interview was amazing.
