After submitting resume, had 2 phone call interviews - one with a regional talent acquisition partner, and the second with the boss you would be working for. This was followed by an offer straight away, if successful.

What do you understand about what is required of you?
There was first an AI screening invitation and then a virtual interview that was about interest in the company and energy industry along with behavioral questions. The people who were the interviewers were overseas but were friendly. Overall not bad.

Fue por internet, estaba dificil. Te hacian preguntas muy técnicas y la preparacion era de 30 seg, había en unas que hacer dibujos y explicar funcionamientos tecnicos, la verdad hay que prepararse mucho para ese formato de entrevista
