Interview
Several steps to this. Apply online and if they are interested, they will email you back wanting to schedule a phone interview. Easy interview just qualifying you for the position. Once you pass that you are sent a link to an assessment that you need to pass. The assessment is pretty simple. If you pass that you are scheduled for a face to face. Once you are scheduled for that face to face, if you do well they move you onto the role play interview. You pass the role play, then they give you a final interview with the boss when you are offered the job all in the same day. Role play is pretty much checking to see how well you can handle customers,keep your cool, follow directions, and learning capability. Paperwork isn't the most important part.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
