Very long process, it took 2 days at about 10 hours total. The process starts with a typing test, regular interview with a HR representative. There is a stress test to see how you deal with high pressure situations. There was a personality/ethics test then an interview with two members of management. The also give you an opportunity to shadow someone who is doing the job.

It was long but very good for giving you a taste of what it is like to work there. For me I had to go back twice and did the interview in 2 stages. I preferred this as it gave me a break from what would have been a very long interview.
