Applied online, did an assessment that is pretty simple as long as you focus, good with reading comprehension, and have decent spatial intelligence. Got a call, was asked a few questions about previous work experience. Got a 2nd call asking a bit more in-depth questions. Was invited to a role-play interview. The role-play interview seems overwhelming because a lot of information is thrown at you in a short period but I think what they're looking for is if you can remain calm, be customer-oriented, and follow at least 50-75% of the written instructions you're given. There's no way that one can do that role-play interview perfectly and there's no way to prepare for it. If you are able to multi-task, remember some instructions, consistently provide customer service and a calm demeanor, you'll do fine. I did well with that so minutes after I interviewed with 3 people at once. A week later I got a call with an offer. Then I got emails to allow them to conduct a background, driving, and drug test. The only thing I failed was the drug test because it's a hair follicle one. I could be wrong, but they didn't seem to care about marijuana in my case, they were concerned with controlled substances without a prescription. I don't have any complaints because their rules are pretty clear and not that unreasonable. I'm a little bummed that they did a hair follicle test because that just seems like it'd be more for government jobs otherwise I would have passed the urine test. So this job isn't for someone who experimented with drugs within the past 6 months or so.
