Interview
The interview process takes ALL day. I was there for 7 hours. There was only 2 left from my group that got hired, out of a group of 15. I took a test on a computer for multitasking skills and typing skills. Then we had to do a role play situation. Then a 1 on 1 interview with an HR representative. Then I observed a CSR employee. Then I met with a supervisor in TCR1.
Long, but informative and friendly. They really want to get to know you, and prepare you. It starts with a paper interview, then corporate questions, then two (2) over the phone/video interviews.
Phone call, then an in office situational, sit with an adjuster to show you what a day at the desk is like. then speak with a manager. Job offer on the spot.
