      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO in Aug 2016

      Interview

Applied online, was contacted the next day from a recruiter asking for more information (resume, cover letter, transcripts) as well asking to complete a questionnaire. Recruiter replied the next day asking to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty straight forward. However, the interviewer seemed very disinterested. It was clear he was just reading from a script and did not make any attempt to make it personal at all. Even put me on hold at one point for 5 minutes to talk to someone on the other line. Was told a couple days later that I had not been selected for the next round.

      Interview

I got the first interview through college recruiting. Once that was over, I was sent some forms and quizzes to complete. I was then called onsite, where I had in-person interviews. After this, I was sent an offer.

      Interview

I had a phone screening initially, then I had to take a personal assessment which was frustrating and long. I was not sure why we had to take that. After that, I was invited out to the HQ in DC and they have paid for my trip there.

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Washington, DC) in Nov 2019

      Interview

The process was very long. Started with an online application, accompanied with a short questionnaire to fill out. It was then followed by a short phone interview with a recruiter, and then a hour-long behavioral interview with the same recruiter. The next step is an interview with a hiring manager (typically on site in DC area).
