The interview started via a telephone interview with HR personnel. After passing the phone interview I was invited to the company to do a multi-tasking computer test that was a simulation of a CAR. The computer program was antiquated and I ran into problems...hence I failed the test. I was invited to reapply in 6 months; however this test helped me realize that working in a call center was not for me.
