The very first thing that will happen is someone will ask you to do a phone interview. phone interviews are very common these days so thats not too unsettling. If you pass this test you will have to schedule an entire day to an interview. They have you come in and do a computer test to see if your fast enough to meet their "standards." When i was there they came into the room called 3 names, walked them out, came back into the room and said "Congratulations you all passed. Onto the next stage" if you are doing sales next you go into the back offices where you have "Mock sales trials" where you have a piece of paper with a business ideal on it and you are asked to sell customers over the phone. Its so intimidating and confusing. IF the interviewer thinks you are good enough, they will then try take you upstairs to interview with the manager of whatever department you interviewed for. They will also do a drug test where they cut out a HUGE chunk of your hair- so beware ladies. Anyways, its a very long and arduous process, so be prepared.
