I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GEICO (Lakeland, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The process begun with an computer competency test. The after, the other applicants and I waited hours for the next process. The second process required sales role playing. After that I was taken upstairs to listen to calls. Then came the interesting portion. I was taken into the supervisor's office, where I again was told to roll play. He requested I sold him a pen. He then proceeded to shred me apart with questions like " did you know you were coming to an interview today? You're not dressed like it " and said things like " I'm not comfortable offering you this job ". Ultimately it was an endurance test to see if I would sit through it. I did, and was rewarded with a job.

It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.
