Was called the day after I applied and had my interview 3 days later. The interview was a typing test, if you passed that you went onto a mock claims call process. If you passed that then you move onto HR interview questions. If you pass that then I went up to the claims floor and shadowed someone and then spoke to the manager of the floor. He said he would call me within the next week and he did and I received the job offer!
