I suppose it was average, but I definitely was not ready. I defined facilities planner as someone who was responsible for the entire design process, but they just wanted someone who could complete tasks in a demanding schedule. They do review the benefits package with you before the interview to "ease" the process. They were very nice, but I don't think we would be a good fit.
