I applied online at Indeed.com. They got back to me pretty quickly, as in the next day or two, regarding the application and asked me to complete a cognitive and personality assessment (which I have since heard that they no longer require). I then went through the in-person interview process. First, you have to take a computer test to see how quickly you can navigate on a computer. Upon passing this test, I had a face-to-face interview with a customer service supervisor. After this step, you have to do a role-playing activity. The point of the role-playing activity is to try and gauge how good you actually are at customer service. After passing this step, you sit side-by-side with an agent on the floor and watch them do their job for a little bit. Finally, I had an interview with a manager. I was offered the job on the spot during this final interview. The entire in-person process was rather lengthy, taking several hours, so I had to split it up between two days. Oh, and after the interview, you also have to pass a hair follicle drug test. After you pass this, the offer is then finalized.
