I applied online and got a confirmation email immediately followed by an email link to an assessment which was a personality test. Then a few days later I got another link to an assessment once I completed that it was about another week till I received an email with a application for the Geico fleet program advising that of hired I may drive a company vehicle so in order to continue with the hiring process I had to pass the check of my driving record providing accident history for the past 3 years and any traffic violations for the past 3 years. The email states that you will receive an email with the results once it goes through underwriting however I did not receive such email. Instead I got an email from a Recruiter inviting me to a 10-15 minute phone interview. She gave me a date and a time range to choose from. Once on the interview she simply verified my information and resume then told me that if hired what conditions I could expect to work in asking if I had any concerns about that and that I would be traveling for training for 12 weeks and wanted to know if that was a problem. Then she said someone would be calling me in 1-2 weeks to setup an in person interview. I got a call almost a week later for a interview at a local body shop where Geico is setup.
