I had two interviews. The first one was a phone interview with the recruiter. She was friendly and the interview went smoothly. Expect to and questions in the STAR format. The second interview was with the team leader for the position. She was very dry and unwelcoming. She asked many of the same questions that I was asked over the phone. I left knowing I didn't get the position.

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months
