I was called to have a phone interview and then they scheduled an interview for the following Friday. When I arrived they immediately took me to a room where I did an assessment which consisted of situational and also a typing test. I passed the assessment and then proceeded to meet with one of the hiring supervisors and they asked a bunch of the usual interview questions like why do you want to work for geico and behavioral questions as well. Then I was passed to the next level do a role playing over the phone. They gave you 20 minutes to study information about a fake company and their fake customers. I know I didn't do well on the role playing and afterwards they told me they would email me after they considered other candidates.
