Started with a phone screen asking basic questions about my resume and such. Then was asked to do one in person where I had to answer a set of questions on a test and then met with other people.

There is three interviews all over the phone. Pretty easy and typical questions you can expect in any other interview. They get back to you pretty quickly with the next stages of the process

Everything was pretty easy to do, the entire interview assesses your ability to work with others in stressful situations since that's the nature of the work associates would be under.

Definitely be prepared. Always good to know some background of the company, as well as expressing your interest and why you think GEICO will be a great long term opportunity.
