Interview
(1.) Received a questionnaire by email with some basic screening questions. (2.) Took online math and logic tests. (3.) Had a phone interview with an analyst. (4.) Had serial onsite interviews at the headquarters in Chevy Chase, from 9:30 AM to 2 PM.
During the onsite interview, they focused on getting to know me as a person: my motivations, what I want in a job, etc. They didn't grill me on technical questions. I interviewed for the URC department (Underwriting, Research and Control).
Spoke with the recruiter, then did a take-home math and logic test. Then had a phone call with a member of the hiring team. At the end I was flown out to the office and met with several team members.
Technical assessment, 1on1, and final round is talking to 4 people(manager/lead level) in a row. The test was easy, they also asked about some modeling experience, be prepared that you might need answer very detailed questions.
The first step is to fill in some pre-screen questionnaire. After that, HR will send an online assessment from SHL. The following processes include phone interview (30minutes) and onsite(4 rounds with different hiring managers)
