Interview
Brief phone screening followed by an intensive computer based skills test and face to face interview that took about 2 hours for both. The interviewer was very intense I believe to simulate the pressure you may face when dealing with customers under stress and trying to placate them and service their needs. I was offered job on the spot. The training schedule is 8-5 for almost 3 months.

Question 1
How well do you handle multitasking under time constraints
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
