I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO in Jun 2013
Interview
There are three parts to the interview. The first interview consists of a multi-tasking test. If you pass then you can interview and if they like you then you get to be invited to the 3rd part of the process where you have to study a manuscript and then answer Irate phone calls from "customers."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult was the phone calls from the hiring managers that are looking for the future employees to understand main themes of the fake company. For instance, "Will my insurance go up because I have made 5 claims?" If the manuscript says that it will go up you have to explain to the "customer" that it will go up but that having them covered is still the best option because it would have cost him x amount of dollars if he had done it by himself..."
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
